Signs from the Washington D.C. Peace March

Ming has collected a list of signs from the peace march on January 18th. Some highlights:

  • How did our oil get under their sand?
  • Daddy, can I start the war now?
  • Who would Jesus bomb?
  • You don't have to like Bush to love America.
  • Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld: the asses of evil.
  • America, get out of the Bushes.
  • Let Exxon send their own troops.
  • We can't afford to rule the world.
  • War is so 20th century!
  • Fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity. [old but true]
  • Bush is to Christianity as Osama is to Islam.
  • Picture of the peace symbol: back by popular demand.
  • A picture of Bush saying "Why should I care what the American people think? They didn't vote for me"

I'm not completely sure what to think about the actual differences between Germany and the USA, but it's always nice to see that even inside America there is no thing like the one true unity.

Hi Ulf,

hast Du dein blog schonmal mit icab angeschaut? da geraten irgendwie die Spalten durcheinander. Aber gut, MacOS 9 ist auch sowas von 20th century...

Kann icab kein CSS? Hier gibt's ja keine einzige Tabelle.
Dummerweise habe ich keinen Mac zur Verfügung. Wäre klasse, wenn mir mal jemand einen Screenshot schicken könnte, dann würde ich natürlich gerne versuchen, die Darstellungsprobleme zu beseitigen. Gleiches gilt übrigens für MSIE in seinen diversen Varianten. Mit den mir verfügbaren Versionen konnte ich bisher gemeldete Probleme auch noch nicht nachvollziehen.
